Law Firm Arché

Arché Studio Legale was founded in August 2016 by the lawyers Stefano Cavanna, Lorenzo Ravenna and Filippo Marcenaro, who had been partners and collaborators for many years at an important Genoese law firm.

The idea that also presides over the choice of the name (Arché = principle) developed in the context of the partners’ experiences, starts from the consideration that, nowadays, the Italian lawyer indulges in adopting, sometimes uncritically, professional models that do not suit our reality and tradition.

The field test shows that we can compete even on an international level without forgetting who we are and, that is, our principles. Here, Arché Studio Legale would ambitiously like to rediscover the principles of good profession!

The firm’s expertise reflects the history of its partners in their respective areas of specialization: all areas of civil law, with particular regard to brokerage and insurance law, commercial and corporate law, aeronautical and defense law, maritime and yacht law, currency and anti-money laundering law, animal protection law, competition and community law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, arbitration law, labor law, family law, international law and internationalization law (especially Switzerland, Montenegro, United Arab Emirates, South America – Peru and Brazil in the lead -, Iran, Africa), criminal law (in particular so-called “white”, IT, corporate law, etc.).

Attorney Stefano Cavanna was a member of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM) by parliamentary designation from 2018 to 2023.
