Victor Raul Cajas Carbajal
Lawyer specializing in Civil and Commercial Law, Family Law, and Labor Law.
He was born in Lima. He earned his initial law degree in Peru at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in 2008.
In 2017 he received a second law degree from the University of Genoa, defending a comparative constitutional law research thesis entitled
“The Right to Life of the Unborn: A Comparison between European and Latin American Constitutional Jurisprudence.”
In 2019 he obtained his Specialist Diploma from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions in Genoa, presenting a thesis in constitutional and European law entitled
“The Taricco Case: The Primacy of European Norms and the Protection of Constitutional Principles.”
After graduation, he began his legal apprenticeship at the Archè law firm, specializing in civil and international law. He then completed further traineeships at two other leading firms, focusing respectively on labor law and on family & juvenile law.
Having passed the bar exam before the Court of Appeal of Genoa, he now practices in civil law—particularly contracts, family law, and civil liability—as well as in labor law, international law, and immigration law.
